Mindfulness is a building block in our psychotherapy treatment.

Mindfulness helps us be present and attentively listen and notice what is happening around us. Our Healing Therapy uses mindfulness to explore your daily experiences and help you use it outside of your sessions if you choose. When we’re mindful, we have a choice to do something different—right now—that is different from the past.
