I help clients realize, recognize and embrace their capacity to change. It is important that clients feel understood, empowered, and experience a trusting relationship throughout our work together.
Individual Therapy
“Choosing what’s best for you is a different kind of bravery.” I help clients recognize and honor all identities—both public and private. I invite clients to bring their full self to our space. I use an integrative treatment style where I meet clients where they are, using research-based and culturally responsive interventions. My approach to therapy is strengths-based and goal-oriented, where we welcome humor, mindfulness, accountability, and growth.
Couples Therapy
I support couples in identifying and addressing barriers that may be limiting connection and intimacy. Together, we work to build a strong foundation for a fulfilling relationship—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—both within the partnership and beyond. I work with couples of all orientations, including heterosexual, LGBTQ+, monogamous, and consensually non-monogamous (CNM) relationships. Our work will create a space where all needs can be explored with honesty and care.
In premarital counseling, my focus is on creating clarity around shared values, long- and short-term visioning, and practical planning. My approach integrates a variety of evidence-based methods, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method.
Working together, I can help you:
Find the first step that soften obstacles
Setting boundaries to prioritize the relationship
Engage in Premarital Therapy
Strengthen your communication
Heal from breaches of trust
Increase sexual and nonsexual intimacy
Navigate consensual non-monogamy
