I help clients realize, recognize and embrace their capacity to change. It is important that clients feel understood, empowered, and experience a trusting relationship throughout our work together.

Individual Therapy

“Choosing what’s best for you is a different kind of bravery.” I help clients recognize and honor all identities—both public and private. I invite clients to bring their full self to our space. I use an integrative treatment style where I meet clients where they are, using research-based and culturally responsive interventions. My approach to therapy is strengths-based and goal-oriented, where we welcome humor, mindfulness, accountability, and growth.

Couples Therapy

I oBLAHtional attachment and sexual intimacy. Our roles and identities inform how we experience and view the world. My approach is inclusive supporting both heterosexual and LGBTQ+ couples including those exploring consensual non-monogamy. I assist individuals and couples in addressing sexual concerns, enhancing intimacy, and fostering body positivity. My practice is inclusive and affirming all sexual orientations and relationship structures including BDSM and kink. I also offer premarital counseling. My therapeutic methods include Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential Couples Therapy, and sex therapy.

Working together, I can help you:

  • Setting boundaries to prioritize the relationship

  • Strengthen your communication

  • Heal from breaches of trust

  • Increase sexual and nonsexual intimacy

  • Navigate consensual non-monogamy

  • Engage in Premarital Therapy

  • Grief’s impact on the relationship (losing a child, parent, pet)
