Relationships
I help clients move from surviving to thriving in their personal and professional life. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your goals with curiosity and clarity. Using a psychodynamic and experiential foundation, we will navigate life’s transitions, reduce barriers, and strengthen your connection to self and others.
Individual Therapy
Transitions are inevitable and change is hard. Whether you’re dealing with burnout, trauma, performance pressure, identity shifts, or relational challenges, I will work with you to identify where you want to go and grow next and how to overcome obstacles that have hindered you. Together we will build strategies grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to your values:
Clarify goals and intention in your personal, relational, and professional arenas
Restore a balanced sense of self and purpose
Couples Therapy
I work with couples to redefine partnership and deepen connection when major life events occur (both expected and unexpected). Specializing in new parents and co-parenting, I will work with you to improve communication, intimacy, and relational resilience. Focusing on your goals, we will process complex transitions, rebalance, and restore a sense of connected partnership and create a new working model:
Build sustainable emotion-regulation and effective coping strategies
Deepen emotional and physical intimacy
Rebuild trust after breaches or distance
Approach ethical non-monogamy (ENM) with clarity and care
Cultivate a more meaningful, purpose-driven life together
